We’ve found out today that the promised CPZ consultation for Kellerton Road and Manor Lane will start in the next few days.
You can download the consultation document here. These will be delivered throughout the affected area in the next few days. Do use this opportunity to have your say – nothing will happen unless residents support the proposals.
If you have questions, or want more information about the proposed CPZ before you fill in the consultation, then you can visit the exhibition on Saturday 22 November 2008 from 10am to 5pm and Tuesday 25 November 2008 from 3.30pm to 8pm at Lochaber Hall, 2 Manor Lane Terrace.
One other point – I’m really pleased to see the Council’s taken this oportunity to ask residents if they’d like to see some car club spaces installed at the same time. The Manor Park Streetcar seems to be being used quite a bit (it’s not often parked up in its space) which is a good sign. It’d be great to get a few more cars in the ward if the demand does exist.
