Carers Lewisham will be holding an advice and information day for carers in the Lee area tomorrow between 10.30am and 2.30pm at the Lee Health Centre on Handen Road.

There will be information on how to get a break from caring, how to take care of your own health, how to get help for you and the person you’re caring for, and also advice on financial benefits.

There will also be massage and relaxation sessions - a light lunch will be provided.
